You have to love WordPress. It must be the best CMS around. Open-source and free and highly supported. Elastic and only getting better. I’ve gotten better with using it and I hope the new look of this site represents that.

That said, I am very excited about some new music coming to the site. (I’ve had some technical difficulties as well as the need to finish up an application to ASCAP film Composer’s Workshop.  All projects are presently on hold until i receive my Glyph 2TB Drives back which contain all my work and sample libraries from the last 2.5 years. erg… the data is OK, thank god.) I’ve got some orchestral music coming along. It is in the last stages and just needs to be massaged a bit more with Vienna Symphonic Library and then I need to add sound design elements. ACTION!

I also have started a blog available here: A Tune A Day Project. And much of that music will be polished and brought over here.

“a Tune a Day” project will be me spending a quick moment which probably will truly amount to “quite a few hours” in the morning with the intent and indeed the outcome of a piece of music. It might be a piano piece it might be a short chamber piece, or an electronic tapestry – and though i am sure my processes and guidlines for this blog will evolve – i would like to use this moment to step away from production music into more “Lon” music. and find me within this crazy day to day living which can easily obscure your personal view of creation. Also, forgive me if i skip a day here and there… we’ll take a tune a day with a grain of salt. A TINY grain but salt nevertheless!

I also need a singer or three. I’ve got music that needs to be finished up and I need to find someone that i can work with on that level.

Regardless, all good things coming soon to my library for your listening and licensing pleasure. 🙂
